To all our valued customers, our Cooroy office has been impacted by Telstra’s failure to implement porting of phone lines to our new carrier. This porting started in February this year and was only successful on Monday this week.
Unfortunately though, Telstra had an outage on Monday and automatically took back all of our phone numbers from our new phone carrier. This has caused a huge problem and our phone lines are now down and not connected. We have taken this issue further with Telstra as it is simply unacceptable.
We apologise for the concern this has caused but is simply out of our control and being escalated now to the highest authority within Telstra. We should be back online by Friday. Our office is still open as it always has been and a temporary number to phone our Cooroy office has been setup by our new carrier. (07) 5313 3193. Emails are still the same.
